We were born with a big goal, to have our kids and staff growing a multi-ethnic group that hopes to saw productive learning results and become a diverse group with the opportunity of inclusion of kids that need a different way of teaching, or they have developmental delays or are new to the learning of English.
At Bailey’s Childcare and Learning Center, we embrace the belief that every child learns at their own pace. Our philosophy supports personalized learning through innovative and engaging models, ensuring that no two children are treated the same. This tailored approach helps nurture confidence and fosters a love for learning from infancy through preschool.
Our curriculum is more than academics—it’s built around six essential developmental skills: relating, regulating, early math, communication, thinking, and moving. These foundational areas equip children with the tools they need for long-term success in both learning and life.
We utilize the research-backed STREAMin³ curriculum, developed by the University of Virginia’s CASTL team and supported by E3: Elevate Early Education. Designed to support development across Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math, this comprehensive program ensures high-quality learning experiences across all age groups—from infants to preschoolers.
